My new kids

Friday night I went to bed about 10pm and then heard bawling coming from the goat shed. Marina was in labor. I got out there and called Deb. She and Gary came and we delivered 3 cute kids. In front is Moose. He was the biggest. In the middle is the first born, Christa. And last but not least, is Caboose also a doe. She was born last and born breech. The birth of these babies was a breeze.



Then Monday, on her due date. Holly decided it was her turn. She delived two of the cutest twins does. The spotted one I called Splash because it looks as though someone took a paint brush and splashed her. Then we decided to call the first born, Splish. It WAS a raining day. Seems to fit. "Splish, Splash I was taking a bath...."

I guess that is pretty good.. Out of my 3 goats that kidded this season, Cocoa had twin bucks, Marina, 2 does, one buck, and then Holly gave me 2 does. 4 Does, 3 bucks. Yeah.

Now till April or May when Deb's kid. She has two we are waiting on now.
