Candy went to her new home today. My husband has an uncle that took her.
Candy was my first milk goat and she was a good one. She was a little on the wild side but was good on the table most of the time and she had good milk! She will be missed by me.
She had mastitis last milk season and lost one side of her udder. It just wasn't logical to keep her if I wasn't going to milk her. I have others to milk now and one will be her daughter, Holly. Hopefully she will have as good a milk as her mama.
Candy is due with kids in December and I hope to get to see them. She has had twins the last few years and I don't expect any different this year.
